• No Competing Repositories: You may not upload or re-host LensForest image files to competing stock photo websites, public image archives, or automated scrapers.
• No False Authorship Claims: You may not represent or imply that you are the original photographer or creator of an unaltered image.
• No Unlawful or Defamatory Use: You may not use images containing identifiable persons in any defamatory, pornographic, libelous, harassing, or illegal manner.
• No Automated Scraping or Interference: You may not use automated bots, crawlers, extractors, or scripts to systematically download catalog images in bulk, circumvent download rate-limiting policies, or overburden server infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Ownership: The LensForest platform license grants you permission to use the photographs. It does not transfer underlying copyright or ownership of the original photographic work.

Model & Property Releases: LensForest does not warrant that model releases, property releases, or trademark clearances have been obtained for identifiable persons, private property, architectural works, or registered trademarks depicted within the photographs. You are solely responsible for determining whether your specific commercial use requires separate authorization from depicted individuals or rights holders.
